Dynamics of affect Modulation in neurodevelopmental Disorders
Welcome to our project!
Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder (BipD) and borderline personality disorder (BPersD) are frequent neurodevelopmental disorders that emerge during childhood or adolescence and have a long-lasting trajectory into adulthood, where they often persist. All three disorders are characterized by long- or short-term fluctuations in affective states and emotional dysregulation. ED is a dimensional construct, referring to rapid and exaggerated changes in emotional states.
